Regis' Unimutual Team
Unimutual Limited ("Unimutual") appointed Regis & Partners Pty Ltd Australian Financial Services Licence number 338156 ("Regis") to the role of Mutual Manager in May 2008. Under this arrangement Regis is contracted to manage, administer, develop and promote the Mutual. Key Regis personnel include:
Paul Koronka, Regis Director and Chief Executive Officer
After reading law at University, Paul worked for a large ship owners mutual for a number of years before joining an old marine based partnership in the City. Whilst there he established a Mutual Management subsidiary which established four mutuals in quick succession, two in the UK and two in Australia.
Paul then established his own business which was bought by Charles Taylor Consulting (CTC) in 1997. Whilst at CTC Paul was responsible for the establishment and or management of at least 8 Mutuals. In 2007 Paul left and founded Regis Mutual Management Ltd who currently are involved in the management of 7 mutuals in both the UK and Australia.
Gerald Ewing, Regis Director and Regis Unimutual Chief Operating Officer
Gerald has extensive management and business administration experience including a strong background in claims, underwriting and insurance gained over 30 years in the industry, He has been involved with mutual management since 1997 and since 2003 has been actively involved in the development and management of discretionary mutuals in Australia.

Harry Rosenthal, Regis Unimutual General Manager, Risk Management Services
Harry joined the Regis Unimutual Team in October 2008. Prior to joining the team, he was the Director of the Risk Management Unit of the University of New South Wales. He has been an adjunct lecturer and facilitator in both undergraduate and post graduate programs at UNSW, and is active in the development of risk management education in Australia. He has published numerous articles on loss control and risk management related topics. He is a past President of the Australasian Universities Risk and Insurance Management Society (AURIMS).
He holds a Master of Business Degree from the Florida Institute of Technology, as well as an Associate's Degree in Risk Management from the American Insurance Institute. In addition he holds the professional designation of a Chartered Casualty and Property Underwriter (CPCU) with the American Insurance Institute.
Harry began a career in government administration in the late 70's and now has over 25 years' experience in risk management and claims administration in the utility, government and private sectors in both Australia and the United States.

David Gudopp, Regis Unimutual General Manager Underwriting
David joined the Regis Unimutual team in August 2008. Prior to joining the team he worked in the UK for eight years, latterly with Norwich Union as a Senior Property Owners Consultant, having moved to them from the role of Assistant Manager - Business Development with Tokio Marine, which included an eighteen month period as Underwriting Manager - Business Development in Sydney, prior to that with AXA as a Senior Underwriter and Team Leader. His career began in the New Zealand market including roles with Allianz as an Area Manager and a variety of roles with New Zealand Insurance.

Christine Cummings, Regis Unimutual Operations Manager
Christine joined the precursor of Unimutual in July 2003 after gaining 12 years experience working in the Risk Management Office at the University of Sydney in the positions of Insurance Claims Officer and then subsequently as Insurance Manager a position which she held for 11 years. Prior to the positions held at the University of Sydney, Christine also held positions within the insurance industry with various insurers and a broker. Christine is currently a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance, and a Member of the Risk Management Institute of Australasia.

Jamie Thomson, Regis Unimutual Claims Manager
Jamie joined the Regis Unimutual team in March 2004. Prior to joining the team, he worked in the Risk Management Office at the University of Sydney for 11 years. At the University, he held the position of General Insurance Claims Officer and periodically acted in the role of Insurance Manager. His previous experience includes claims roles at both insurance companies and at a broker. Jamie is currently a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.

David McGlynn, Regis Unimutual General Counsel & Company Secretary
David joined the Regis Unimutual team in November 2009. Previously, David has had over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, including senior in-house legal, secretarial and compliance roles with Marsh Pty Ltd, Charles Schwab (Australia) Pty Ltd, Permanent Trustee Ltd and the Australian Securities Exchange. He holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Sydney, Bachelor of Commerce from the University of NSW and is a Fellow of the Chartered Secretaries of Australia.
