New Unimutual Board Member – Greg Pringle

We are thrilled to welcome Greg Pringle to the Unimutual board as a non-executive Member Director.

Greg Pringle is the Chief Operating Officer at the University of Queensland. Before this role Greg served as the Executive Vice-President Enterprise Services and Chief Corporate Services Officer at Aurizon Holding; Group Company Secretary for Flight Centre; and as Senior Manager, Strategic and Global Risk management for PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Greg Pringle replaces Andrew Betts, who has left University of Queensland.

Greg has extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, budgeting, business integrations and change management. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Politics and Economics), Bachelor of Law, Master of Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma (Industrial Relations) and an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.

We look forward to having Greg Pringle’s expertise and insight on the Board and thank Andrew for his many years of contribution to the Board.
