As an adjunct of your Cyber Protection with Unimutual, AXA XL provide complimentary access to the eRiskHub® portal, powered by NetDiligence®. eRiskHub® is a private, mobile-friendly website that provides tools and resources to help you understand your exposures, establish a response plan and minimise the effects of a breach on your organisation.

POST-BREACH RESPONSE SERVICES

As a Member of Unimutual, you have access to an extensive global network of cyber security experts. Through AXA XL’s partnership with their dedicated claims response partners, Crawford & Company, you have access to a broad range of breach response partners, examples of which are detailed on the eRiskHub® portal, giving you piece of mind that should a claim arise, it will be handled expertly.

If you suspect a cyber security incident has occurred, please call the AXA XL Data Breach Team Hotline at 1800 466 380, which is monitored 24 hours per day, seven days a week, by Crawford & Company.

Unimutual Members have access to AXA X: eRiskHub® portal, available at CyberRiskConnect.com/global. Resources are available to you and your organisation related to incident response planning, privacy awareness training and access to educational videos and useful links. The eRiskHub® is a private web-based portal containing information and technical resources that can assist you in the prevention of network, cyber and privacy losses and support you in the timely reporting and recovery of losses if an incident occurs.

The eRiskHub® portal is an internet-based service that features news, content and services from leading practitioners in risk management, computer forensics, forensic accounting, crisis communications, legal counsel, and other highly-specialised segments of cyber risk.

You must be a registered user to access CyberRiskConnect.com

To receive your Access Code, please contact your Insurance Office or Unimutual at service@unimutual.com.au. 

Please note the following:

  1. The eRiskHub® portal is a private site for customers of AXA XL only. Do not share portal access instructions with anyone outside your organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the Access Code provided to you.
  2. Ideal candidates include your Risk Manager, Compliance Manager, Privacy Officer, IT Operations Manager, CISO or Legal Counsel.
  3. This portal contains a directory of experienced providers of cyber risk management and breach recovery services. AXA XL does not endorse and is not responsible for these companies or their respective services. Before you engage any of these companies, we urge you to conduct your own due diligence to ensure the companies and their services meet your needs. Unless otherwise indicated or approved, payment for services provided by these companies is your responsibility.
  4. Should you experience a cyber event, please follow the steps on the AXA XL Claims Roadmap, available on the portal under the ‘Cyber Claims’ tab. The details of who to contact in the event of a cyber breach are detailed on the Unimutual Website.
